贵州省2007年流行性乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗强化免疫结果分析

Analysis on Supplementary Immunization Activity for Japanese Encephalitis Attenuated Live Vaccine in Guizhou in 2007

目的分析贵州省2007年流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）减毒活疫苗（Japanese Encephalitis Attenuated Live Vac-cine,JEV）强化免疫结果。方法综合分析强化免疫期间的报告数据、调查结果和强化免疫后的疫情资料。结果8月龄-6岁农村儿童报告接种2 208 632人,报告接种率93.89%;用人口资料估算接种率79.83%;调查目标儿童6923人,调查接种率92.91%。2007年全省乙脑发病率1.52/10万,较2006年下降62.65%,其中≤6岁儿童发病率下降72.20%。结论此次JEV强化免疫效果显著,达到了预期目标。

Objective To evaluate the experiences of Japanese Encephalitis Attenuated Live vaccine（JEV） mass immunization campaign in Guizhou Province,2007.Methods Analysis the data reported and investigation results during mass Immunization campaign and information of National Diseases Reporting System.Result It was reported that total immunized children aged 8 months to 6 years old lived in country were 2208632,the reported immunization coverage was 93.89%,the estimated coverage using the population data from Guizhou Yearbook was 79.83%,the rapid survey coverage was 92.91%.The JE incidence decreased 62.65% in 2007 than 2006,decreased 72.20% among children aged 8 months to 6 years old.Conclusion The expected goal of the JEV mass immunization campaign had been attained.
