Analysis of Organization Structures for Project Mangementsin Large-Scale Hydro-Power Construction Enterprises

研究了大型水利水电施工企业组织形式的变迁，归纳了目前应用较普遍的4种项目基本组织形式，提出了"全矩阵制"项目组织形式的新概念（此前只有"巨阵制"这一概念）。并在此基础上探讨了由多种项目组织组成的企业综合性组织形式的基本构想。

The changes of large-scale irregation and hydro-power constructionenterprises are studied. Four basic project organization structures which aregenerally used are analysed. The new concept of full matrix organization structureis proposed; which instead of original matrix organization structure. Thenthe enterprise synthetic organization structure composed of multi-projectorganization are also explored.
