大豆异黄酮对Aβ_(25~35)诱导的Alzheimer病模型大鼠海马组织形态及超微结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究大豆异黄酮对Aβ25~35诱导的Alzheimer病(AD)模型大鼠海马组织形态及超微结构的影响。方法采用Aβ25~35双侧海马注射的AD模型大鼠,分组后给予不同剂量大豆异黄酮,HE染色及透射电镜观察大豆异黄酮对海马组织形态及超微结构的影响。结果HE染色显示,模型组大鼠海马CA1~CA4区及齿状回神经元数量较假手术组明显减少,可见较多的神经细胞胞质浓染,核固缩。大豆异黄酮治疗组及雌激素治疗组神经元数量较模型组增多,胞质浓染神经元少见。透射电镜下,模型组海马CA1区神经元较少,可见部分神经细胞膜皱缩,胞体缩小,核膜完整,核染色质电子密度增强。大豆异黄酮治疗组大鼠海马CA1区异常神经元较模型组明显减少。结论大豆异黄酮能有效地改善Aβ25~35所致AD大鼠海马神经元丢失。
