摘要
应用氮蓝四唑(NBT)-光照法研究了系列诺氟沙星(NFA)-铜(Ⅱ)-多吡啶配合物:[Cu(NFA)(tatp)(H2O)](ClO4)2(1),[Cu(NFA)(bipy)(H2O)](ClO4)2.2.5H2O(2)和[Cu(NFA)(dppz)(H2O)](ClO4)2.H2O(3)[NFA=诺氟沙星,tatp=1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯,bipy=1,1’-联二吡啶,dppz=二吡啶并[3,2-a;2’,3’-c]吩嗪]在水溶液中的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,并用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质。结果表明,三种配合物均具有良好的SOD活性,表观催化速率常数分别为6.34×107、3.74×107和7.17×107mol-1.L.S-1。
Abstract The SOD-like activities of complexes [ Cu (NFA) (tatp) ( H2O ) ] ( ClO4 )2 ( 1 ), [ Cu (NFA) (bipy) ( H2 O) ] ( ClO4 )2· 2.5H2O(2) and [ Cu(NFA) (dppz) ( H2 O) ] ( ClO4 )2·H2O(3) ( NFA = Norfloxacin, tatp = 1,4,8,9- tetranitrogen, bipy = 1,1′ -bipyridine, and dppz = dipyrido [ 3,2- a ; 2′ , 3′ - c ] phenazine) had been determined in water solution by nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)-itlumination method. The electrochemical properties of the complexes had been studied by cyclic voltammetry method. The results indicated that the complexes possess excellent SOD-like activities, the rate constants( KQ ) of complexes 1,2 and 3 for catalyzing the dismutation of O2 : are 6.54×10^7、3.74×10^7 and 7.17×10^7mol^-1·L·S^-1.
