摘要
从电磁原理出发,对低电压大电流三相变单相变压器进行了理论研究,得出了这种变压器的电磁关系及保证三相侧电流平衡的方法。试制了一台样机用在低电压大电流的电渣重熔炉上。实践证明,这种变压器三相侧电流的不平衡程度可以满足有关规定。
Starting from the electro-magnetic principles, this paper makes a theoretical study of the operation of the low-voltage-large-current transformer for turning three phases into a single phase, obtains the electromagnetic relation of this transformer and the method to ensure the three-phase side current balance. A prototype is developed and used for a electroslag remelter. It has been proved in practice that the unbalance degree of the three-phase side current of this transformer can meet the requirements of the related regulations.
