由于人为因素和自然因素的影响,地球的生物多样性急剧下降,出现了大量的濒危植物,这对于自然界植物的进化非常不利,所以保护濒危植物变得十分紧迫.随着分子生物技术的迅速发展,遗传多样性分析在濒危植物的保护中得到了广泛的应用.对国内有关遗传多样性分析方法在濒危植物中的应用情况进行综述,同时展望了遗传多样性分析在濒危植物保护中的应用前景.

Due to human and natural factors, the biological diversity of the Earth declines sharply, and a large number of plants are facing extinction. It is very bad for the evolution of the nature, so the protection of endangered plants become very urgent. With the rapid development of molecular biological technology, genetic diversity analysis has been widely used in the protection of endangered species. In this paper, the application prospect and the utilization situation of genetic diversity analysis in conservation genetics of Chinese endangered plants are summarized.
