摘要
运用PR(压力-响应)模型和主成分分析法,综合评价了徐州市区1996-2003年人类活动对大气环境质量的影响.结果表明:(1)1996-2003年,压力系统评价指数、响应系统评价指数和综合评价指数都有先增后降的趋势,2000年人类活动对大气环境施加的压力最小,采取的响应措施最大,综合评价值最高;(2)人类自身及其经济活动对大气环境施加的压力有增大的趋势,工业生产对大气环境施加的压力有减小的趋势;(3)2000年以后人类在产业结构、能耗及居民生活等方面所作出的响应较大,而在污染治理和净化大气方面采取的响应明显减小;(4)人类活动对大气环境质量影响的综合评价能够很好地反应同期的大气环境质量状况.
By using the PR model and the Principle Component Analysis, the human impacts on air quality from 1996 to 2003 year in the urban area of Xuzhou are comprehensively appraised. The results show:(1) From 1996 to 2003 year, all of the pressure system appraisal index, the response system appraisal index and the comprehensive appraisal index have the tendency of decrease after the first increase. In 2000, the pressure that the human exerted at the atmospheric environment was the minimum, while the response that the human took measure was the heaviest, thus the comprehensive appraisal index was the highest; (2) The pressure that human itself and economic activity exerted at the atmospheric environment had the tendency to increase while the pressure that industrial production exerted at the atmospheric environment had the tendency to reduce; (3) After 2000 year,the responses made in such aspects as industrial structure, energy consumption and resident's life were relatively big,and the responses that adopted in view of pollution control and purifying atmospherically were obviously reduced; (4) Comprehensive appraisal of human impacts on air quality can be a very good response to the air quality in the same time.
