摘要
以乌海市作为研究区域,运用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,建立乌海市城市化、生态环境系统协调发展的评价指标体系,利用主成分分析方法和模糊数学方法,分析城市化和生态环境的协调度,并根据协调等级进行归类,结果表明:(1)从时序角度看,2000-2005年间乌海市城市化和生态环境的协调度经历了一个先上升后下降的变化过程,波动显著;(2)从频数统计角度看,乌海市6年中有5年协调度指数低于0.6,一般可接受的范围为大于等于0.6.其中有3年勉强协调,两年严重失调.总的来说,乌海市城市化与生态环境不协调;(3)从趋势角度看,近年来随着城市化水平的提高,生态环境质量急剧下降,尤其是2005年城市化与生态环境系统严重不协调,协调度指数极低.
Taking Wuhai as study region, the evaluating indicator system of coordinated development of the urbanization-ecology environment system is established with the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method. Using the principal components analysis method and the. fuzzy mathematics method, the coordination degree of the urbanization and the ecology environment is analyzed,and classed according to the rank. The results show that: (1) the coordination degree of the urbanization and the ecology environment in Wuhai City had experienced an ascent after a decline and it had a significant fluctuation in the years 2000-2005. (2) In five of the six years,the coordinated index was less than 0.6 in Wuhai City, while the acceptable range is more than 0. 6 generally. The situations were in conceded coordination for three years and in serious disorders for two years. Overall, it was uncoordinated between the urbanization and the ecology environment in Wuhai City. (3) With the increasing of the level of urbanization,the quality of the ecology environment had a sharp drop,and it was worsening significantly in the past two or three years. The urbanization and ecology environment system was serious uncoordinated, and coordination index was badly low especially for the year 2005.
