从2000年至今,气象科研机构的分类改革经历了三个阶段,进行了两次评估,取得可喜的成果。分析了气象科研机构深化改革的过程、成绩和存在问题,探讨了气象科研机构改革对公益类科研机构改革的启示。

From 2000 to the present, the classification reform of meteorological research institutes has gone through three stages and two evaluations, and achieved gratifying results. This paper analyzed the process, achievements and problems in deepening reform of meteorological research institutes, and discussed the enlightenment to public institute reform from meteorological research institute reform.
