摘要
企业核心能力系统是一个具有耗散结构的复杂系统,企业的管理能力、技术能力、环境能力、变革响应力维度构成核心能力的4力维度结构,系统的结构变化是由少数几个序参量决定的。当一少部分变量失去稳定性,系统不稳定,出现了分岔现象,通过内部4力维度的自组织运动而使企业系统演变到新的有序状态。
The enterprise core competence is a complicated system with dissipative structure, the management ability,technique ability, environment ability and response force constitutes 4 dimension structures of core competence, the structure variety of the system is decided by a few order parameter, When a little part changes and loses the stability, the system is unsteady, appearing the bifurcation phenomenon, the 4 dimension structures self organized campaign make the enterprise system turn into a new orderly state.
