企业核心能力系统是一个具有耗散结构的复杂系统,企业的管理能力、技术能力、环境能力、变革响应力维度构成核心能力的4力维度结构,系统的结构变化是由少数几个序参量决定的。当一少部分变量失去稳定性,系统不稳定,出现了分岔现象,通过内部4力维度的自组织运动而使企业系统演变到新的有序状态。
