It＇s important for us to research the technology transfer management of national laboratory in America. In order to promote the healthy development of technology transfer and accelerate industrialization of scientific and teehnological achievements, we suggest that the government should establish performance appraisal system and administration office of technology transfer in universities （research institutes）, improve income distribution system of technology transfer, and establish responsibility appraisal system of technology transfer for scientific and technical personnel.
