摘要
直接将K-ε双方程湍流模型应用于大型锅炉水平烟道的三维冷态流场计算。给出了流场计算的模型方程,且用壁面函数法来处理水平烟道的各受热面。用作者编制的计算机程序对某厂HG670/140型锅炉的水平烟道的冷态流场进行了计算,并与已有的试验结果进行了对比,结果较好。计算表明:K-ε双方程湍流模型能用于锅炉水平烟道的流场计算,其结果的在工程上具有重要的参考价值。
おhe l-ε two-equation model of turbulence is directly applied to the calculation of three-dimensional cold flow field of horizontal tunnel of large boiler.Model equations for three-dimensional calculation are given.The wall function method is applied to the heated wall.By using the program designed by authors to calculate the cold flow of horizontal tunnel of some factory's type HG670/140 boiler the results obtained are satisfactory as compared with experimental results.The calculation shows that the k-ε two-equation model can be applied to the calculation about cald flow of hozizontal tunnel.The results have important reference value in engineering.
