摘要
通过研究不同湿度环境下尼龙66(PA66)性能变化,探讨了不同环境湿度中PA66吸水率与拉伸强度的关系,分析了水分对PA66拉伸强度影响的机理。结果表明,PA66在不同湿度环境中吸水率均随存放时间的延长而增加;PA66拉伸强度与吸水率之间存在指数关系;水分对PA66的拉伸强度影响存在时间效应,PA66吸水后其拉伸强度下降,但随着时间的增加拉伸强度有不同程度的回升;水分对PA66拉伸强度影响程度与环境湿度有关,环境湿度越大,水分影响越强, PA66拉伸强度下降程度越大。
The relation of the rate of absorbed water and tensile strength of polyamide66 (PA66) was discussed through the study on properties change of PA66 in different moisture environments. The mechanism of the effect of water on tensile strength of PA66 was analyzed. The results show that the rate of absorbed water of PA66 increases while time prolongs. The tensile strength of PA66 has exponential function with rate of absorbed water. The effect of water on tensile strength of PA66 has time effect, the tensile strength of PA66 declines rapidly at first after PA66 absorbs water, then tensile strength has some increase with the evolvement of time. The effect of water on tensile strength of PA66 has relation with moisture of environment. The greater the environment moisture is, the stronger the effect is and more serious tensile strength decreases.
