摘要
给出了最小均方误差ＬＢ估计的一些性质，包括ＬＢ估计优于ＬＳ估计的充要条件；ＬＢ估计为可容许估计的充要条件，还给出了文献中尚未涉及的一些ＬＢ估计。

Some qualities on linear biased estimation of regression coefficients are given,i.e.,the necessary and sufficient conditions for the linear biased estimation superior to least square estimation;the necessary and sufficient condition for admissibility of linear biased estimation;and some linear biased estimators not including in the literatures.
