摘要
通过对汽轮发电机组水平与垂直方向振动信号的分析,指出常规的采用单方向振动信号的诊断结果往往存在一定的片面性。同时提出一种基于BP网络的结合水平与垂直方向振动信号的综合诊断方法,通过实际诊断证明,该方法有利于对机组故障的全面诊断。
hrough analysis of the vibration signals in horizontal and vertical directions, it can be pointed out that the routine diagnosing methods with vibration signals in one direction is one-sided. The comprehensive diagnosing method based on BP neural network that combines the vibration signals both in horizontal and vertical directions is proposed. The real diagnosis results prove that this method can help to diagnose faults all-sidedly.
