摘要
建立心痛宁滴丸中α-香附酮含量测定的HPLC法。采用Waters的C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长270nm,柱温30℃。方法的线性范围为3.868～38.68μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),α-香附酮的平均回收率为98.55%,RSD为0.80%(n=9)。本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于心痛宁滴丸中α-香附酮的含量测定。
The method for the determination of α-Cyperone in Xintongning Diwan was established. The separation was performed on Waters C18 column using methanol and water （75 ： 25） as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection was set at 270nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The linear range of the method was 3.868～38.68μg·mL^-1（r=0.9997）, the average recovery was 98.55%, RSD was 0. 80% （n=9）. The method is simple, fast and accurate for analysis of α-Cyperone.
