摘要
建立蒙成药德吉德朱出尔含量测定方法。以高效液相色谱法测定羟基红花黄色素A的含量。采用Hypersil C18色谱柱;甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(25∶2∶73)为流动相;检测波长为403nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。羟基红花黄色素A的线性范围为0.1974～1.645μg,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.18%,RSD=1.3%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可用于本品的质量控制。
A HPLC method was established for determination of saffcomin A in DeJidezhuchuer. The separation was performed on Hypersil C18 column. The mobile phase was Methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid （25 ： 2 ： 73）. The detection wavelength was at 403nm, with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The linear range was within 0.1974～1.645μg （r=0.9999）. The average recovery rate was 100.2% and RSD was 1.3% . The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used in the quality control of DeJidezhuehuer.
