2004～2006年我院口服调血脂药物应用分析

Analysis of Antihyperlipidemic Drugs Use in Our Hospital During 2004～2006

调查我院调血脂药品应用情况和发展趋势,为临床用药提供依据。收集我院2004～2006年数据库内的调血脂药消耗数据,用Excel对药品品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。3年来,我院所用的调血脂药以他汀类药物最多,占用药频度的93.42%,国产的辛伐他汀(辛可)是所有药品中增长最快的,增幅达到829%。调脂药的用量及消耗金额呈逐渐上升趋势,2004～2006年总体增长227%;以辛伐他汀为代表的他汀类药物占据了调血脂药物绝大部分市场,第二大贝特类的药物使用频度占5.72%。我院调脂药使用情况整体上比较合理。

The consumption trend of antihyperlipidemic drugs in our hospital was evaluated and it provided as a reference for rational drug use. DDDs, sales volume and daily expenses of drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed with the method of DDD analysis and excel. The consumption of the statins was the highest drug in our hospital during 2004～2006. Xingke was the best popular drug which increased 829% from 2004 to 2006. Antihyperlipidemic＇s frequency of the use and sum of money increased 227% from 2004 till 2006, and the brates contained 5.72% of all the frequency of the use. A rational antihyperlipidemic drug use is coming year by year in our hospital.
