摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定了金银花茶中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn六种微量元素的含量,对金银花茶进行了不同浸泡时间和不同冲泡次数微量元素的溶出研究。结果表明,不同浸泡时间微量元素的溶出规律可较好地用对数关系描述,不同浸泡次数时微量元素的溶出规律可用负指数关系描述;金银花茶浸出液中各元素浸出含量顺序为Ca>Mg>Mn>Zn>Cu>Fe,Ca最易溶出,Fe最不易溶出。研究金银花茶中微量元素的溶出特性有助于进一步研究金银花中元素的存在形态,并可为金银花茶饮料的科学加工提供可靠的实验依据。
The trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, manganese in Lonicera japonica tea were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The different rates of elemental extraction in Lonicera japonica tea were determined in different time and different times. The results showed that the trace element extracting characteristics in different time could be described with logarithmic equation ,the characteristics in different times could be described with exponential equation. The analytical results were satisfactory. People drinking Lonicera japonica tea may choose the soak time and the soak times according with own need, so as to achieve the refilling trace element.
