摘要
流行病学数据显示,食品是食源性病毒经口传播进入人体的有效载体,并通过人与人接触和感染者的排泄物传播,容易造成病毒性食源性疾病的大规模爆发流行。预防和控制病毒性食源性疾病流行的措施包括疫苗接种、卫生教育和严格食品安全操作等。
Epidemiological data demonstrated that foods could act as efficient vehicles for the transmission ot human foodborne viruses by the fecal oral route and the outbreak of foodborne viral diseases was easily caused by the foodborne pathogens. The preventive and control strategies were proposed including vaccination, hygiene education and strict operation for food safety.
