摘要
以食品法典委员会、欧盟、中国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰、日本、韩国、马来西亚、新加坡的营养标签标准和法规为研究对象,通过比较和分析这些国际(地区)组织或国家食品营养标签中的营养成分标示在适用范围、标示内容、标示方式等方面的异同,了解其管理概况,为我国今后加强食品营养标签的法制化管理以及与国际标准接轨提供参考。
The regulations and standards on nutrition labeling of CAC, EU, China, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore were studied. We compared and analyzed the differences and similarities of nutrition declaration on food nutrition labeling in the aspect of the applications, contents and forms. It could be important background information for the future legislative control of food nutrition labeling in China as well as for the promotion of compatibility with international practice.
