摘要
轴向分线是车削多线螺纹(或蜗杆)常用的分线方法,但其前提是切削的整个工艺系统必须处于理想状态下,这在生产实践中是很难满足的。由于机床精度、工艺系统的刚性、刀具磨损、切削抗力等因素对车刀的切削位置精度均有影响,即使车刀的移动再准确,也不能保证车出螺距(或周节)的精度。因此在车削分线精度要求较高的多线螺纹(或蜗杆)时,采用齿轮卡尺分线法来控制车刀移动是可行的,能够达到分线精度。
The axial dividing method is common to turn multiple thread (or worm), but its precondition is the whole process system in ideal condition, which is hard to satisfy in practice. Owing to the influences on the turning tool position accuracy of the lathe accuracy, the rigidity of the process system, the tool wear, the cutting resistance and so on, even though the precise movement of turning tool cannot ensure the accuracy of thread pitch (or circular pitch). When turning the multiple thread (or worm) that is required high dividing precision, using the gear tooth calipers to control the turning tool movement is a feasible solution.
