摘要
为改善复合材料制备时 Al_2O_3,与钢基体的润湿性,采用化学镀镍工艺对 Al_2O_3颗粒进行表面处理,并通过粉末冶金工艺制备了复合材料,考察了三体磨料磨损性能。结果表明:化学镀镍工艺得到的镍镀层与 Al_2O_3颗粒结合紧密,包覆完整,层厚均匀;镍镀层促进了 Al2_O3颗粒更加均匀地分散在钢基体中,改善了 Al2_O3颗粒与基体的结合界面;提高了复合材料的耐磨性能。
To improve the wettability between Al2O3 and steel rnatrix during preparation of composites, the electroless nickel plating is applied to superficial treatment fo Al2O3 particles. Composites are prepared by the powder metallurgy process, and three-body abrasive wear resistance of the composites is investigated. The results show that the electroless nickel plating fully and tightly covers on the surface of Al2O3 particles. The nickel plating can effectively improve the uniform distribution of Al2O3 particles, the bonding interface of Al2O3 particles and steel matrix, and the wear resistance of composites.
