摘要 为满足煤矿井下产品防爆节能要求和实现电机快速精密制动,综合利用双脉宽调制 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)控制技术和高效散热技术,解决了能量双向流动与回馈、网侧谐波污染的有效消除和高效耐久散热等技术难题,成功研制了新型矿用变频器——能量回馈型防爆变频器。应用实践表明,该变频器既能实现电机的精密稳定快速制动功能,又具有防爆可靠、节能降耗及持久耐用等特点。 To meet the requirement of anti-explosion and energy-saving and to achieve the effect of quick and precise braking for the electromotor, a new type mine anti-explosion converter with energy feedback is successfully developed by using the techniques of bi-PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) and efficient radiating to solve the problems of bidirectional energy flow and feedback, effective elimination of harmonic wave contaminate, and efficient and durable radiating. The practical application shows that this converter possesses excellent performance such as quick and precise braking of electromotor, reliable anti-explosion, remarkable energy saving, and durable in use.
