摘要
目的探讨黄芩苷、黄连素体外抗解脲脲原体(UU)的作用。方法采用微量液体稀释法在体外分别测定黄芩苷、黄连素对UU8型标准菌株及15株UU临床菌株的抗菌效应,并与红霉素比较。结果黄芩苷、黄连素对UU8型标准菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.25mg/mL和0.0625mg/mL;对15株UU临床菌株的MIC范围分别为0.125~2.0mg/mL和0.0625~4.0mg/mL,MIC50分别为0.50mg/mL和0.25mg/mL,MIC90为1.0mg/mL和2.0mg/mL。黄芩苷、黄连素对UU临床菌株体外抑菌作用的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。红霉素对UU8型标准菌株的MIC为0.5μg/mL;对15株UU临床菌株的MIC范围为16~64μg/mL。结论黄芩苷、黄连素对UU8型标准菌株和对红霉素耐药的UU临床菌株均具有较强的体外抗菌作用。
Objective To determine the antibacterial effects of Baicalin and Berberine against Ureaplasma urealytium (UU) in vitro. Methods The micro-liquid-dillution assay was used to measure the MIC ( Minimal inhibitory concentration ) of Baicalin and Berberine against standard strain of UU8 and 15 freshly isolated strains of UU ,respectively. using Erythromycin as control. Results The MIC of Baicalin and Berberine against standard strain of UU8 were 0.25 mg/mL and 0.0625 mg/mL. The MIC of Baicalin and Berberine against 15 isolated strains in vitro of UU ranges from 0. 125 mg/mL to 2.0 mg/mL and 0.0625 mg/mL to 4. 0 mg/mL, respectively. The means of MIC were 0. 642 mg/mL and 0. 633 mg/mL, respetively,with no statistically significant difference( t = 0. 03,P 〉 0.05 ). The MIC50 & MIC90 are 0.50 mg/mL and 0.25 mg/mL & 1.0 mg/mL and 2.0 mg/mL, respectively. The MIC of Erythromycin against standard strain of UU8 is 0.5 p,g/mL and against 15 isolated strains of UU ranged from 16 ug/mL to 64 ug/mL. Conclusion Both Baicalin and Berberinc have stronger effect to inactivate UU8 & newly isolated strain of UU with erythromycin -resistance in vitro.
