摘要
混凝土配合比设计方案的选择运用直接影响到工程的质量和经济效益,本研究运用价值工程理论的基本原理,论述了价值工程在混凝土配合比优化设计方案选择中的应用方法和步骤。结合工程实例,对设计方案中混凝土的性能指标进行了全面的比较,用评价系数法计算了方案的价值系数。结果表明:应用价值工程理论可以帮助工程设计人员作出科学合理的决策,是一种十分有效的方案选择方法。
Selection and application of concrete mix design scheme have a direct effect on the quality and economic benefit of the project.Based on the basic principle of value engineering theory, the application method and calculation steps of value engineering in the selection of concrete mixture optimum design scheme are elaborated.A comprehensive comparison has been done to the main performance index of concrete combining with a project instance.Value coefficient of the concrete mixture ratio design scheme is calculated by the method of evaluation coefficient.The result indicates that VE theory is helpful to make a scientific and reasonable decision and it's a vary effective plan-selection method.
