摘要
通过SEM及压汞试验分析了掺入复合增钙液态渣粉的水工混凝土微观结构和孔结构。试验结果表明:复合增钙液态渣粉混凝土初期的孔隙率大,复合增钙液态渣粉28d之后水化进程仍在继续,28d之后混凝土孔径尺寸细化到50~100nm,60d时复合增钙液态渣粉混凝土结构更为均匀致密,孔径尺寸更为细小。28d时,复合增钙液态渣粉混凝土的抗压强度低于未掺复合增钙液态渣粉的基准混凝土,60d时已达到或超过基准混凝土。
Compound lime-adding liquid slag powder is used as mineral admixtures of hydraulic concrete.Micro-measurements like porosity distribution test and interfacial structure test had been done.The result shows that concrete with lime-adding liquid slag powder has larger porosity at the beginning which fines to 50-100 nm at 28d age because of sustained hydration process, and the concrete has smaller pore size at 60d age, compared to blanked concrete.The compressive strength of the compound concrete is lower at 28d but exceeds normal concrete at 60d age,
