水钢高线集卷站是由达涅利公司提供的基础设计,是由国内转化制造的,由于在原设计和国内转化制造的过程中存在的问题,在试生产过程中,设备故障频繁,作业时间周期长,作业时间与轧线速度不匹配,成为影响整个高线生产效率的瓶颈。因此根据在生产实践中所发现的问题,对原有达涅利高线集卷区设备进行升级改造,提高该区域的作业率,大大的降低了设备故障时间。
