高压共轨系统综合测试平台设计及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于NI公司软硬件产品开发了一整套高压共轨测试平台,并运用其完成对自主研发的高压共轨系统的高速电磁阀响应特性、电控喷油器液力响应及喷油规律可控性、高压共轨喷射系统雾化特性、共轨腔压力波动率控制、共轨高压泵密封性及泵油能力、电磁阀喷油器喷油特性及ECU性能等测试与信号处理分析。试验结果表明,测试平台系统设计合理,可以方便地通过图形化LabVIEW软件编程,实现不同的测试方案,提高测试质量和测试效率,适用于不同类型的共轨系统测试。 A common rail test system was built up by using softwares and hardwares of N1, using which a series of performance of common rail system could be tested, such as response characteristic of high speed solenoid valve, hydraulic characteristic and fuel injection rule controllability of electronically controlled injector, fuel fluctuating controllability in common rail, sealing and pumping ability of high pressure pump and ECU performance and so on. Using LabVIEW software, different test projects can be carried out, and test quantity and efficiency can be improved. Test results show that the test platform has a reasonable design and can be used to develop different kinds of common systems.
