摘要
用15个云南栽培稻与元江、景洪普通野生稻杂交,对20个组合的F2代分离群体的性状频率分布多态性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)元江普通野生稻比景洪普通野生稻更为原始和保守,F2代呈现显性基因频率较高;(2)云南优异稻种资源及其籼粳分化中存在较复杂的基因多样性;(3)云南稻作育种骨干亲本及其改良品系是改良云南普通野生稻株型差的良好亲本,利用元江普通野生稻作亲本可望获得遗传基础较宽的群体。
Preliminary study on the frequency distributions of characters for 20 F 2 populations derived from the crosses between 15 Yunnan cultivated rice and wild rice ( oryza rufipogon ) from Yuanjiang and Jinghong was carried out.Results showed that: (1)Yuanjiang wild rice was more primitive and conservative than Jinghong wild rice and its frequencies of dominant genes were higher in F 2 populations.(2) There was relatively complicated gene diversity in Yunnan good rice resources including Indica-Japonica differentiation.(3) The key parents and improved lines in Yunnan rice breeding were suitable parents for improving the plant type of Yunnan wild rice.To utilize Yuanjiang wild rice as parents may provide abundant germplasm diversity for rice breeding.
