多小穗小麦10-A幼穗发育的遗传研究

DEVELOPMENTAL GENETIC STUDIES ON THE EAR INITIATION OF A MULTISPIKELET WHEAT LINE 10-A

将多小穗小麦１０－Ａ与普通小穗小麦绵阳１１和矮孟牛，及其杂种Ｆ１的幼穗分化特点作了系统比较分析，结果表明：１０－Ａ具有小穗分化持续期长和小穗分化速率高等两个显著特性；其中，小穗分化持续期长的特性未在杂种Ｆ１中表达，而小穗分化速率高的特性不仅能在杂种Ｆ１代中表达，且出现较强的杂种优势。

Comparision analyses for a multispikelet wheat line,10-A,two normal spikelet wheat lines MianYang 11 and Aimolu, and the F 1 hybrids between 10-A and these two normal spikelet wheat lines were carried out.The results as follows:compared with normal spikelet wheat lines,10-A had 2 special properties,long ear initiotion duration and high ear initiation rate.The property of high ear initiation rate of 10-A could be expressed in F 1 and showed very strong heterosis while the long ear initiation duration property could not be observed in F 1 hybrids.
