牵引电动机轴承寿命计算方法研究

Study of traction motor bearing life calculation method

以ZQDR-410型牵引电动机为例,用4种方法计算了轴承的受力和轴承寿命。通过计算发现,用不同的计算方法计算出的轴承寿命相差很大。对造成差异的原因进行了分析,最后提出了一种作者认为比较合理的计算方法。

Taking ZQDR-410 traction motor for example,the load and life of traction motor bearing was calculated with four methods. The results showed that the calculated bearing life was different significantly with each calculating method. The reason of the difference was analyzed,and finally a relative reasonable calculating method was put forward.
