尼日利亚大学教育质量保障体制改革的分析

摘要 进入21世纪以来,在世界高等教育质量国家化的趋势影响下,尼日利亚联邦政府围绕着提高大学教育质量,从建立最低学术标准、推行专业认证、实施大学排名和加强质量管理组织建设几个方面,构建大学教育质量的保障体制,对提高高等教育的质量产生了一些积极的作用,同时也存在着一些制度性的缺陷。本文通过分析和思考尼日利亚在大学质量保障体制构建中的经验和教训,探讨对发展中国家推进高等教育发展的借鉴意义。
