This article presents a new cosmological achievement made by an American scientist, who made the newest and most precise measurement of a most fundamental number in cosmology--the Hubble constant. It also makes some reference to the detailed information about the means, steps and significance of the project as well as the appraisal of the new achievement made by several authoritative cosmologists of the world.
