基于5-(2,3,4-三羟基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉的高选择性铜离子荧光探针的研究

摘要 该文以5-(2,3,4-三羟基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉作为荧光离子探针,基于铜离子对其荧光猝灭作用,建立了一种测定微量铜离子的荧光分析方法。研究了铜离子与5-(2,3,4-三羟基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉作用机理,考察了影响猝灭效果的参数和条件,并对实验测定条件进行了优化,铜离子浓度在1.9×10-6~1.5×10-4mol/L范围内,荧光强度与铜离子浓度之间的关系符合方程:log(ΔF/F)=4.5787+1.012log犤Cu2+犦。进一步研究结果表明,常见的其它金属离子对该探针测量铜离子无明显干扰。 The synthesis and application of 5 - (2, 3, 4 - trihydroxylphenyl) - 10, 15, 20 - triphenylporphyrin as a new fluorescent probe for Cu^2+ with high selectivity was described in this paper. The analytical performance charac-teristics of the proposed Cu^2+ - sensitive chemosensor were investigated. The probe exhibits a linear fluorescent response towards Cu^2+ in the concentration range of 1.9 ×10^-6 -1.5×10^-4 mol/L.
