《果蔬贮运学》是一门实验性、技术性、应用性很强的课程,分析了《果蔬贮运学》实践教学存在的问题,并提出了加强《果蔬贮运学》实践教学和提高教学质量的措施。
Postharvest biotechnology of fruits and vegetables is an experimental, technical and application course. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of postharvest biotechnology of fruits and vegetables, and advances some measures for strengthening the practical teaching and improving the teaching quality of postharvest biotechnology of fruits and vegetables.
