摘要
利用量纲分析法建立一个关于质量流率的准数方程,进而再通过试验设计确定方程中的未知量,在保证产品质量的情况下,研究它的质量流率,并用科学的实验方法来验证这种计算方法的正确性,并对结果进行了仿真分析.该研究方法克服了以往对流量的计算只限于几何学研究的局限性,为双螺杆挤出机挤压过程的分析提供一个新的方法和思路.
This paper studies on the quantity rate of food twin-screw extruder, the quantity rate of material in the twin-screw extruders is an important parameter in the extrusion process, which determines the final productivity of the twin-screw extruders. By using the law of dimension analysis to establish an accurate number' equation about the quantity rate, determines the unknown date of the equation using experiment design, research its quantity rate and confirm this computational method using scientific experimental method in the guarantee of product quality, and use simulation analysis to the result. The limitations in past are overcame which are limited in geometry in this method, it provides a new method and thinking in the extrusion process for the food twin-screw extruders.
