the First Music Festival of Art College of Inner Mongolia University has lasted for 12 days inviting many experts and scholars , conductors, singers, instrumentalists home and abroad, giving academic lectures, academic exchange and various concerts. It is based on the native culture, demonstrates national characteristics, absorbs modern technology, develops an aca- demic perspective, strengthens international cultural exchange, disseminates of the art of national culture.
