摘要
命运的不可抗拒,现代物质文明对人性的"异化"与个人"反异化"的徒劳无功,梦想和现实的冲突。本能欲望与文化传统对个体生命的双重扭曲和控制,是奥尼尔和曹禺剧作中共同关注的具有强烈表现主义色彩的悲剧命题。但在这共同的关注中,又有作家因思想观念和文化传统的差异而导致的感受和理解差异。
The irresistible fate, the vain modern material civilization to the "alienation" of human nature and "anti -alienation" of individuals, the conflict between the dreams and the reality, a double distortion and control of the instinctive desire and cultural traditions of individual life, and ONeill are the common concern with a strong performance of the color of the tragedy proposition in both Cao Yu Of and ON eill's plays. However, in this common concern, there are differences in experience and un- derstanding of the writers as a result of the different thinking and cultural traditions.
