摘要
目的:通过对183例体表血管瘤患者的手术治疗,总结血管瘤手术治疗的一些经验教训。方法:血管瘤直接全部切除或部分切除,对于切除后局部创面较大者采用植皮、皮瓣转移等方式修补。无法完全切除者辅以加用硬化剂、缝扎或直接缝扎瘤体等方法。结果:183例体表血管瘤患者经外科手术治疗后,治愈126例,控制良好44例,疗效不佳13例。结论:体表血管瘤手术应掌握好适应征,采用不同手术方式,做到尽可能切除,减少复发。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment of superficial hemangiomas. Methods： All 183 patients included were subjected to operation such as total or partial resection. Flap or skin graft transplantation was carried if the wound sutured difficult. Results： In all the 183 patients with surgical treatment, 126 achieved satisfactory outcome, and 44 got good outcome, while other 13 patients had poor clinical outcome. Conclusion： Operation procedure should be chosen depend on individuals to achieve best clinical outcome and ovoid recurrence.
