2008年武汉暴风雪灾害时期的院外急救

2008年初，中国南方大部分地区遭受近50年不遇的暴风雪灾害，武汉市急救中心自2008年1月12日～2月2日，短短22d，有效出车4126次，其中跑空253次，占6．13％，救治患者3873例，其中安全转运患者3763例，占91．20％，死亡110例，占2．67％。总结此次院外急救实施经验：武汉市急救中心成立暴风雪救治指挥中心，启动突发事件紧急救援预案，投入有序救治；急救物资储备完善，保障有力；应大力开展群众性院外急救培训，提高减灾、防灾意识；建议医疗部门与气象、交通、公安等有关部门建立一条灾害急救高速网络，为抗冰雪医学救治提供依据和方法。

Early 2008 Southern China was affected the worst snowstorm in 50 years. Due to the foul weather, the incidence rates of many diseases, especially cerebrocardiovascular diseases and tumbling injury, were increased greatly. The Hubei Emergency Center made a quick response to this disaster. A Medical Treatment Command Center was established immediately. The dispatch control center made full use of the Global Positioning System. All the ambulances were waiting orders to set off. Ai least one ambulance was set going at any time. The residents should be trained to master some skills of self-rescue and buddy aid. During 22 days, the Hubei Emergency center successfully rescued 3 873 patients. 3 763 of them （91.20%） were transported safely, and 110 patients （2.67%） died. The experience obtained during the medical rescue shoed that a perfect emergency medical system id needed, first responders can play important roles, and the residents should be trained to master some skills of self-rescue and buddy aid.
