广西二级医院急诊卫生资源的现状研究

Status quo of health resources in emergency treatment in grade-Ⅱ hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

目的了解广西二级医院急诊人力资源及物质资源的现状。方法应用量表法对广西二级医院136家进行调查,调查内容包括:全区二级医院分布情况、全区二级医院急救卫生人力资源、全区二级医院可利用急救病床状况、全区二级医院与其他人力或物力资源的直接联系情况及发生突发事件时医院能够扩充的病床及相关设施的情况。结果一共有126家二级医院按要求填写量表,占92.6%。调查反映出广西二级医院具备一定的医疗人力资源及物质资源的配置,其中从事急(急诊科)救的医务人员占总卫生人员6.76%,急诊床位占总病床数3.48%,且严重缺乏高级技术人员,高级技术人员仅占3.13%。结论全区二级医院严重缺乏急救专门人才和设备,难以应对突发公共卫生事件的发生,需加强建设。

Objective To investigate the status quo of human resources and material resources in emergency treatment in the Grade- Ⅱ hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Method A questionnaire survey of was conducted among 136 grade- Ⅱ hospitals in Guangxi, to investigate the location of hospital, human resources in emergency treatment, beds available for emergency treatment, direct connection between the hospital and the outside human and material resources, and possible increase of beds during emergency, relevant facilities, etc. Resu Its 126 hospitals （92.6%） responded. 1821 medical workers, accounting for 6.75% of the whole medical staff, were engaged in emergency medicine. 2.37% of the technical staff had their senior professional titles. 3.45% of the beds could be used for emergency treatment. 69.05%, 73.02%, 26.98%, 43.65%, 19.84%, 16.67%, 69.84, 59.52%, 57.14%, 30.95%, and 22.22% of the grade- Ⅱ hospital had connection with the relevant public resources, such as local emergency medicine institution, sudden event administration, environmental health experts, public health experts, hazardous substance experts, industrial health experts, physicians in infectious disease, law enforcement officials, legal medical experts, public health laboratories, and poison control centers..
