摘要
以乙酸为溶剂制备了壳聚糖(CS)含量不同的醋酸纤维素-壳聚糖(CA-CS)共混膜。通过对共混膜溶胀度、拉伸强度、酸碱使用范围、分离性能的测试,发现随着壳聚糖含量的增加,膜在水中的溶胀度上升,膜的拉伸强度下降,膜的酸碱使用范围变宽。当聚合物浓度为18%、共混物壳聚糖含量为30%、溶剂乙酸水溶液的浓度为50%时,制备的共混膜的分离效果最好,性能也比较稳定。
Cellulose acetate-chitosan composite membrane with chitosan different concentration was prepared by acetic acid as solvent. The membrane of Swelling degree and tensile strength and acid base range and separate property were tested. It were found that the Swelling degree of CA-CS membrane in water and the acid base range of membrane was consistent with the content of chitosan, but reversed to the tensile strength of membrane, when the concentration of polymer was 18% and the concentration of chitosan was 30% , the separation effect of CA-CS membrane was the best when 50% acetic acid as solvent, the properties of CACS membrane was very stable,too.
