摘要
利用通辽市污水灌溉区土壤微生物,用5种不同培养基分离、纯化菌种,筛选出9种微生物絮凝剂产生菌,在此基础上按照C92、C93组合筛选出了9种高效复合微生物絮凝剂产生菌,对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达到了100%,用乙醇提取最大产量为3.5 g/L,转化率达到了18.9%.应用于低温染料水体和常见废水效果好.为进一步研究开发高效复合型微生物絮凝剂提供了高效菌种.
Bacterium were isolated and purified by 5 kinds of different culture mediums from microorganism in soil irrigated with wastewater in Tongliao, and nine biofloeculant produeing bacterium were screened out. Nine kinds of high-efficient complex biofloeculant producing bacterium were screened with the compound methods of C92 and C93. The rate of floeculation reached 100% to Kaolin clay suspension. The largest output was 3.5 g/L when distilled by ethanol and the rate of the transform reached 18.9%. The result was satisfying when they were applied to dyestuff water and common wastewater. It provids high-efficient bacterium for further research on the complex microbial floeeulant.
