摘要
以天然棕榈酸和乙二胺为原料合成了棕榈双酰胺,产物用红外光谱进行了表征,并测试了产物的热稳定性。通过静态失重法和电化学方法研究了产物抗CO_2腐蚀的缓蚀性能。结果表明:该合成产物在160℃前表现出良好的热稳定性,并且在CO_2腐蚀介质中,当投加量为0.20 g/L时,缓蚀效率达83%以上。通过极化曲线分析可知该缓蚀剂是阳极抑制型为主的阳极型缓蚀剂,交流阻抗谱测试表明其是通过覆盖效应而具有缓蚀效果的。该合成产物是一种具有工业实际应用价值的抗CO_2腐蚀缓蚀剂。
Synthesis of palmityl amide using palmitic acid and ethylenediamine as raw materials has been studied. The structure of product was characterized by IR and its thermal stabilization was tested by TG/DTA. Its inhibition performance for CO2 corrosion was studied by weight loss measurement and electrochemical measurement. The product had good thermal stability before 160 ℃, and the inhibition efficiency reached up to 83% for CO2 corrosion of X65 mild steel when the mass concentration of the inhibitor was 0. 20 g/L. The results of polarization curves revealed that the product was an anodic type inhibitor for CO2 corrosion, and EIS showed that the inhibition was due to the blocking effect.
