发疱法及薄层削片法自体表皮治疗白癜风对比观察

摘要 目的:观察采用超脉冲CO2激光磨削皮损区后移植发疱法及薄层削片法获得的自体表皮治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:72例患者按受区处理方法不同随机分为薄层削片组37例及负压发疱组35例,观察表皮移植后的疗效。结果:两组疗效无显著差异。结论:采用超脉冲CO2激光磨削皮损区后移植薄层削片法获得的自体表皮治疗白癜风较为简便有效。
