摘要
商标法的第三次修改正紧锣密鼓地进行,这次修改应强化商标权的私权属性,完善商标确权机制,加强注册商标的使用规范和驰名商标的保护,完善未注册商标制度和特殊商标保护,使我国的商标法更能适应经济国际化发展的要求,在经济发展中发挥更大作用。
The third revision of Trademark Law is under way. This revision needs to strengthen the private ownership of trademark, perfect the approving mechanism of trademark, improve the application practice of registered trademark and the protection of famous trademark of China, and better the protection of non-registered trademark and special trademark. Then the Trademark Law will better serve the economic internationalization and promote the economic development.
