当前继续教育面临种种困难和挑战,实事求是分析归纳为生源冲击、投资不足、混学历等一系问题。研究表明我们应以开拓创新的手段采取积极的应对措施,继续教育的发展要随着国际国内经济形势的发展和用人单位观念的变化而变化,成人学历教育要上档次,非学历教育才是成人教育的用武之地。

At present the adult education is faced with many difficulties and challenges. The realistic analysis shows that the inadequate source of students, insufficient investment and student＇s lack of motivation. The research shows innovative measures are necessary to solve these issues. The development adult education shall conform to the economic situation home and abroad and the concept changes of employment units. The adult education has to improve its quality. Non-degree education is the direction of adult education.
