After 30 years of reforming and opening outside of the world, China＇s economy has been transformed successfully, an opening market economy has been set up primarily in China. To keep the fine development trend and rewrite new prosperity, it is the only way to push forward the great cause of reforming and opening outside of the world and to correct the primary opening market economy to a perfect opening market economy which is based upon good law system.
