加快集装箱铁路运输发展 构建一体化集装箱多式联运体系

Accelerate the Development of Railway Container Transport and Establish An Integrated Intermodal Container Transport System

党的十六大以来,我国铁路加快推进大规模铁路建设,积极探索运输组织创新,努力提高运输服务质量和水平,为集装箱铁路运输发展奠定了坚实基础。随着集装箱铁路运输在经营管理上的不断改革创新,我国铁路在集装箱运量、集装箱运输网络、集装箱运输装备、集装箱班列品牌建设等方面均取得重大进展。进一步加快集装箱铁路运输发展,构建一体化集装箱多式联运体系,需要合理规划建设综合物流基地、大力发展海铁联运、积极拓宽投融资渠道和加快公共物流信息平台建设。

Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, CR has dedicated great efforts to accelerating the progress of large scale railway construction, innovating transport organization and enhancing service quality, which have laid a solid foundation for the development of railway container transport. With constant reform and innovation in operation and management of railway container transport, CR has achieved eye-catching success in increasing container traffi c volume, expanding container transport network, improving transport equip-ment and establishing pilot brand in container transport. To further accelerate the development of railway container transport and establish the integrated intermodal container transport system, efforts shall be made to rationally plan the construction of comprehensive logistic base, develop sea-railway combined transport, explore diversif ied investment sources and push forward the establishment of public logis-tic information platform.
